1. Agreement to Terms
By using this website, by using our online booking system, or by renting a trailer from Pull Dat Trailer LLC, doing business as Pull Dat Trailer Rentals in Scott, Louisiana, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or book a rental.
These terms apply to every visitor, every booking, and every rental made through Pull Dat Trailer Rentals, regardless of how the booking was made.
2. Rental Eligibility
To rent a trailer from Pull Dat Trailer Rentals, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including your name, contact information, and details about the vehicle you will use to tow the trailer.
Pull Dat Trailer Rentals may decline or cancel a booking if the information provided at booking appears inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
3. Booking and Payment
Trailer rentals are booked through our online booking system. The pricing shown to you at the time you complete a booking is the pricing that applies to that rental. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking has been confirmed.

4. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup at our lot in Scott, Louisiana is contactless. Once your booking is confirmed, pickup instructions are sent directly to your phone by text.
Delivery is available within 100 miles of our lot for renters who prefer not to pick up in person. Call or text us for a delivery quote before you book if you would like the trailer brought to you.
5. Renter Responsibilities
Once a trailer leaves our lot, or is delivered to you, you are responsible for it for the entire rental period. This includes towing the trailer safely with a vehicle and hitch that are appropriately rated for the trailer, operating the trailer in a lawful and safe manner, and returning the trailer in the same condition you received it, undamaged and on time.
Before you tow, please confirm that your vehicle, hitch, and insurance are adequate for the specific trailer you have booked.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us by phone or text as soon as possible so we can update the schedule and keep the trailer available for other renters. We will work with you on cancellations and changes.
7. Liability
Pull Dat Trailer LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a rented trailer. As the renter, you assume responsibility for the lawful and safe operation of the trailer while it is in your possession, including securing your load and towing at safe speeds in compliance with applicable traffic laws.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any right or protection that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute arising from these terms, or from a trailer rental with Pull Dat Trailer Rentals, will be handled under Louisiana law.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website or our booking system after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
